The first step will be to reach out to us for a consultation. We can help you find the perfect home site if you don't have one already. Then we begin the preliminary plan process while constantly reconciling your architectural needs and your budget parameters.
After preliminary plans are complete we move to the working drawing stage to perfect the construction set of documents. An extensive set of specifications is also developed so you know exactly what you're getting - in writing. This enables our suppliers to give accurate quotes.
Our hands-on team of professionals guide our craftsmen and suppliers through the construction process to ensure accurate execution of the plans and specs.
